Adsreverb is a dynamic digital marketing organization that specializes in driving effective and impactful campaigns for our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Advertiser/Network Account Manager to join our team and help manage our client relationships and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for their advertising needs.
- Understand client goals and objectives, and collaborate with the team to develop tailored advertising strategies.
- Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide strategic guidance to clients.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Min 1 year of experience in account management in the digital advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including third-party tracking tools like SWAARM, Offerslook, Affise, Trackier etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Client-focused attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
