About the Role:
As an
Account Management Intern
, you will support the client servicing team in managing day-to-day communication with clients, coordinating with internal creative/strategy teams, and ensuring smooth execution of advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for someone interested in understanding how client-agency relationships work and how campaigns move from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist account managers in managing client accounts and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams (creative, design, media, strategy, production).
- Prepare briefs, presentations, reports, and meeting notes.
- Support in campaign planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Conduct basic market/competitor research and provide insights.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in billing, documentation, and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with presentation tools is a plus.
- Passion for advertising, marketing, and client servicing.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
