Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (EdTech)About Us:

GKIT EduTech is a fast-growing ed-tech company dedicated to providing high-quality, engaging, and affordable tuition courses for students from Class 4 to Class 10 in Math and Science. Our goal is to make learning accessible and effective for every student across India through our user-friendly mobile application available on the Play Store. We are seeking passionate and driven Sales & Marketing Executives to help us reach more students and families and grow our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and user acquisition for the GKIT EduTech app.
  • Engage with potential customers (parents and students) to understand their educational needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our Math and Science courses.
  • Generate new leads through various channels, including digital marketing, school partnerships, and community outreach programs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the GKIT EduTech app.
  • Drive user installations from the Play Store and convert them into paying customers for our tuition courses.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the product and content teams to provide valuable feedback from customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the EdTech or education sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for education and a strong belief in the power of technology to transform learning.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
