AdiClasses is a growing EdTech company committed to transforming digital learning across India. We are building a high-performing Sales & Marketing team to connect with schools and expand our national presence.

**Role Summary**

We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to represent AdiClasses. The role includes visiting schools, delivering impactful presentations, and building long-term institutional partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and engage with schools to promote AdiClasses’ offerings
- Conduct meetings with principals and educators
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools
- Implement local marketing strategies
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closure
- Maintain detailed records of visits and outcomes
- Consistently work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets

**Eligibility Criteria**
- 0-2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing/Sales preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for field visits
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented

**Compensation Structure**

**During Probation (3 Months)**:

- ₹20,000 per month (Fixed, In-hand)

**Post-Probation**:

- Fixed Salary: ₹3.0 LPA (₹25,000 per month)
- Performance-Based Incentives: Up to ₹5.0 LPA (monthly and annual)
- Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹8.0 LPA (Fixed + Incentives)
- Note: Successful completion of the 3-month probation is required for confirmation and incentive eligibility._
