Key Responsibilities

1. Relationship Management & Business Development

  • Build and nurture long-term professional relationships with architects, interior designers, and consultants.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for architects, ensuring prompt support and responsiveness.
  • Identify new business opportunities through architect and consultant networks.
  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

2. Sales & Target Achievement

  • Promote the company's products and solutions to architects and ensure product specifications in their projects.
  • Work closely with the sales team to convert architect leads into projects.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Track and update architect/project pipelines regularly.

3. Market & Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and architectural design practices.
  • Share insights with internal teams for product development and positioning.
  • Provide architects with detailed technical knowledge, design solutions, and specifications support.

4. Events & Engagement Activities

  • Organize and participate in architect meets, design conclaves, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Develop presentations, case studies, and reference projects to showcase company expertise.
  • Coordinate Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programs, training sessions, and workshops.

5. Internal Coordination

  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and sales teams to address architect requirements.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between architects and internal project execution teams.
  • Provide regular reports on architect engagement, project progress, and business pipeline.
