Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers, ensuring a pleasant in-store experience.
  • Handle customer queries, provide product/service information, and recommend suitable options.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets by actively engaging with guests and promoting store offerings.
  • Maintain store presentation, hygiene, and operational standards.
  • Support day-to-day in-store operations including billing, inventory checks, and coordination with the team.
  • Manage guest concerns or complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Keep records of sales, feedback, and operational requirements for reporting purposes.
  • Work closely with the sales and operations team to meet overall business goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate candidates preferred (Diploma with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric with a positive and confident attitude.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and work under minimal supervision.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / POS systems is an added advantage.
  • Flexible to work in shifts and weekends.
