Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented individual to join our Founder's Office on site. This role is central to Warmleadz's operations, acting as the right hand to the Founder. You will manage outreach campaigns across LinkedIn and email, ensure client success through effective communication, and contribute to the company's strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize outreach campaigns on
    LinkedIn
    and
    email
    for both Warmleadz and our clients.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with clients, ensuring timely updates, reporting, and delivery of results.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline workflows.
  • Support the Founder in strategic initiatives, research, and project execution.
  • Take ownership of operational tasks to ensure smooth business functioning.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in client management, business development, or campaign management (freshers with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
  • Strong understanding of GTM strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Comfortable working independently while being a strong team player.

  • Knowledge of lead generation strategies and automation tools.
  • Prior exposure to startup environments.
