Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Executive to join our team at Devi Pavitra Gold & Diamonds. As a Customer Relations Executive, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring their satisfaction with our gold and diamond products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, following up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

- Product Information: Provide accurate and detailed information about gold and diamond products, including features, benefits, and services.

- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, collaborating with internal departments (sales, operations, support) as needed.

- Sales Support: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, contributing to business growth.

- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Requirements:

- Education: Graduate degree in any discipline

- Experience: 2-5 years in customer service or sales support

- Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong knowledge of gold and diamond products (desirable)

- Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software

- Customer service mindset with sales orientation
