Job Title: Corporate Maintenance Executive
Department: Facilities / Maintenance
Job Summary:
The Corporate Maintenance Executive is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of all corporate facilities, ensuring they are safe, functional, and compliant with regulatory standards. The role involves coordination with vendors, managing maintenance schedules, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high standard of facility operations across all corporate offices/sites.
Key Responsibilities:
· Preventive & Corrective Maintenance:
· Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other systems.
· Talk to vendors & solve the problems & maintain the Report.
· Address breakdowns and repair needs promptly to minimize downtime.
· Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and documentation.
· Ensure all office premises are well-maintained and operational.
· Conduct regular inspections and audits of corporate facilities.
· Vendor & Contractor Coordination & Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance software
· Manage third-party vendors for repair, servicing, and
· Review and verify vendor invoices, work quality, and compliance.
Asset Management:
· Maintain inventory of tools, machinery, and consumables.
· Keep records of warranties, servicing dates, and replacements.
Compliance & Safety:
· Ensure compliance with local building, safety, and environmental regulations.
· Coordinate fire drills and implement workplace safety measures.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
· 1–2 years of experience in facilities/maintenance management (preferably in a corporate environment)
