MANAGER - PHOTOGRAPHY & CREATIVES

Purpose of the role:

To support the visual content team in creating high-quality product and lifestyle imagery while gradually gaining exposure to video content creation. This role is ideal for a budding visual artist looking to grow across photography and basic videography formats.

Detailed Responsibility:

• Execute flatlays and product shoots as per creative and catalog SOPs
• Assist in model/lifestyle shoots, lighting setups, and camera operation
• Maintain shot hygiene – file naming, backups, and documentation
• Contribute to BTS video captures or basic handheld clips during shoots
• Collaborate with editors and designers to ensure post-production readiness

Behavioral Competencies:

• Entry-level expertise with cameras, lenses, and studio setups
• Understanding of basic lighting principles and framing
• Basic working knowledge of video (shooting short clips/BTS) is a plus
• Familiarity with Lightroom, Photoshop (editing assistance)
• Coachable, self-driven, punctual
• Strong visual curiosity and teamwork
• Open to multi-format tasks (photo + short video)

Experience:

• Mandatory- 1–2 years of photography experience (college projects/internships count)
• Desirable - Experience or exposure to shooting Reels or social videos.

Educational Qualification:

• Mandatory - Degree/diploma in Photography, Fashion Communication, or Visual Arts.
• Desirable - Workshops or short courses in video/lighting/editing.
