**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and construction documents.
- Create 3D models, renderings, and presentations using tools like SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite.
- Participate in conceptual design development and brainstorming sessions.
- Support project teams in design reviews, material selection, and coordination with consultants.
- Conduct site visits and prepare reports, measurements, and photographic documentation.
- Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and other regulations.
- Assist with client presentations and revisions based on feedback.
- Maintain project files, samples, and documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in architectural design (internship experience acceptable).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
- Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and architectural detailing.
- Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
