Role & responsibilities We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior HR Manager / Head of HR who will take full ownership of the HR function. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building scalable HR processes, managing end-to-end recruitment, setting up robust performance management systems (PMS), and driving employee engagement, especially with high-performance sales teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for all functions, especially sales and business roles.
  • Build a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines.

Performance Management & Goal Setting

  • Design and implement a performance management system aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive OKR/KPI setting and review cycles.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback loops.

Process & Policy Setup

  • Build and implement HR processes, SOPs, and policies from the ground up.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and labor laws.

Sales Team Engagement & Retention

  • Develop targeted engagement and motivation programs for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to understand pain points and propose retention strategies.
  • Design incentive and recognition frameworks that align with business goals.

Training & Development

  • Identify learning needs and develop L&D programs tailored to various departments.
  • Facilitate leadership development, upskilling, and continuous learning culture.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Build a strong employee-centric culture with regular engagement initiatives.
  • Own the employee lifecycle experience from onboarding to exit.

People Analytics & Benchmarking

  • Leverage HR analytics to support decision-making and track key metrics (attrition, productivity, etc.).
  • Conduct market and competition benchmarking for compensation and benefits.
