**Job Overview:**

We are looking for an experienced and innovative ** AI/ML Engineer ** with 2+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and AI. As a lead, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making across the organization and delivering advanced analytics and AI/ML models to solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of data science principles, experience leading data science teams, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery of AI/ML projects.

  • Design, develop, and deploy data science and machine learning models to address business challenges such as prediction, classification, recommendation, and optimization.

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of data science projects, from data collection and preprocessing to model development and production deployment.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to identify key opportunities for AI/ML applications.

  • Develop scalable data pipelines and workflows to support the training, evaluation, and deployment of AI/ML models.

  • Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model selection to improve model performance.

  • Lead efforts to innovate and apply new AI/ML techniques, such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, NLP, and computer vision.

  • Monitor and improve deployed models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and robustness.

  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science, AI, and machine learning technologies and apply best practices.

  • Communicate complex data science concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,999.72 per month
