What You'll Be Doing

• AI Model Development & Deployment: Design and implement state-of-the-art AI/ML models tailored for real-world applications, emphasizing scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
• End-to-End AI System Architecture: Engineer robust data pipelines, model training environments, and inference systems from scratch.
• Large Language Model (LLM) Utilization: Build, fine-tune, and deploy transformer-based models (e.g., GPT, BERT, Llama, T5) and distillation.
• MLOps & CI/CD Integration: Automate model deployment and management through tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, and cloud-based AI pipelines.
• AI Model Optimization: Continuously refine AI models to achieve high performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
• Full-Stack AI Integration: Collaborate with backend (e.g., Spring Boot, Flask, Django) and frontend (e.g., Angular, React, JavaScript) teams to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into applications.
• DevOps & Cloud AI Deployment: Deploy and manage AI models using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Advancement of AI Capabilities: Stay informed about cutting-edge AI research, tools, and open-source contributions to drive AI innovation.
• Data Engineering and Architecture: Design and implement robust data pipelines for AI/ML model training and inference, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Algorithm Development and Implementation: Research, develop, and implement AI/ML algorithms to address specific business needs and optimize model performance.
• Performance Monitoring and Tuning: Continuously monitor and tune AI/ML models to ensure optimal performance, accuracy, and resource utilization.

Technical Skills You'll Need

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, C++, Go, or Java.
• AI/ML Frameworks: Strong expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks.
• Model Architectures: Deep understanding of transformer-based and diffusion-based models (e.g., GPT, Llama, Stable Diffusion).
• MLOps Tools: Experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, or other MLOps platforms.
• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, and their AI/ML services.
• Data Processing: Proficiency in data processing tools like Pandas, Spark, or Dask.
• Database Management: Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, CouchDB, CockroachDB).
• Containerization and Orchestration: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Version Control: Proficiency in Git and other version control systems.
