We are building an AI-powered collaboration platform similar to , DingTalk, and Slack, and we're looking for a talented AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and optimize our AI Assistant that integrates into multiple features and modules.

You will be responsible for creating intelligent, context-aware, and human-like conversational experiences using Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered conversational assistants across platform modules.
  • Fine-tune and optimize LLMs (OpenAI, LLaMA, Claude, etc.) for domain-specific tasks.
  • Implement and improve NLP pipelines for intent detection, entity recognition, and contextual response generation.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI into real-time chat, task management, and collaboration features.
  • Develop APIs and backend services to support AI functionalities.
  • Continuously monitor, test, and improve AI performance, response quality, and latency.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and NLP.
  • Strong experience with Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers).
  • Experience with LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
  • Strong understanding of chatbot frameworks (Rasa, Botpress, LangChain).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps best practices.
  • Experience integrating AI into real-time applications.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior work on Slack-like AI assistants or enterprise productivity tools.
  • Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
  • Knowledge of multi-modal AI (text + image/audio).
  • Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript for frontend integration.

Job Type: Full-time
