JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design conversational AI and automation solutions tailored to meet specific needs.

· Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models using Python and deep learning frameworks.

· Work with out-of-the-box AI conversational platforms and models to enhance the capabilities of our conversational AI systems.

· Design and deploy automation solutions to streamline internal processes and improve overall operational efficiency.

· Design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and tool use.

· Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model grounding and factual consistency using vector databases and retrieval APIs.

· Integrate and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) interfaces for dynamic, context-aware model orchestration.

· Follow the best software development practices to ensure code security, quality, maintainability, and scalability.

· Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously iterate on AI and automation models for optimal performance.

· Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning and apply them to real-word projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an AI/ML or Software Engineering role, with significant focus on Generative AI.

· Strong database skills.

· Familiarity with deploying and managing AI workloads on major cloud providers. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

· Proven ability to take an AI project from initial research/prototype to a scalable production environment.

· Demonstrated experience with fine-tuning open-source LLMs and managing large model weights and inference.

· Expert proficiency in Python and its relevant data/ML libraries.

· Strong hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks.

· Expertise in SQL and experience working with NoSQL or Vector databases.

· Strong background in data cleaning and feature engineering.
