Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Python Developer with experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of professional experience in Python development and a strong hands-on background in AI/ML projects. As a Python Developer in our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of AI/ML models, and design scalable solutions that enhance our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI/ML Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems and improve product functionality.
• Python Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code for a variety of applications, focusing on both backend development and AI/ML-related tasks.
• Model Training & Optimization: Work with datasets to train, test, and optimize machine learning models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and other team members to implement AI/ML solutions and integrate them into production environments.
• Data Preprocessing & Feature Engineering: Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering to ensure high-quality input data for machine learning models.
• Performance Tuning: Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics, fine-tune algorithms, and ensure models are efficient and scalable for large datasets.
• End-to-End Solution Development: Contribute to the entire development cycle, from gathering requirements, creating models, and coding the backend, to deploying and monitoring AI solutions.
• Documentation & Reporting: Document all processes, methodologies, and models for knowledge sharing and future reference. Present findings, models, and results to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in Python development, with a focus on AI/ML projects.
• Programming Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience in Python, including libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
• AI/ML Expertise: Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, deep learning architectures, and working with large datasets.
• Data Handling: Proficient in data wrangling, cleaning, and preprocessing. Hands-on experience with data manipulation tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and similar libraries.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges.
• Version Control: Familiarity with version control tools such as Git for code collaboration and management.
• Knowledge of Algorithms: A solid understanding of common machine learning algorithms, such as classification, regression, clustering, and reinforcement learning.
• Model Deployment: Familiarity with model deployment techniques and frameworks (e.g., Flask, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Database Knowledge: Experience working with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, NoSQL) to handle large datasets.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for AI/ML services and deployment.
• Knowledge of big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for smooth AI/ML model deployment.
• Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or other specialized AI/ML domains is a plus.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for deploying ML models.
