Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Administrator. As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day tasks associated with various projects. This includes maintaining project schedules, managing project documentation, tracking milestones and deliverables, and communicating project updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Experience with project coordination and administration
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 office suite and other Microsoft tools
  • Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
  • Experience in developing platforms for internal processes
  • Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets
  • Familiarity with Scrum methodology.
  • Experience handling client communications or project reporting.
  • Basic knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, or risk tracking tools.
