Key Responsibilities:

  • Material Handling & Inventory: Receiving deliveries, checking them against packing lists, storing raw materials in appropriate locations, observing and reporting low stock levels, and performing inventory counts.
  • Plant Operations & Maintenance: Assisting in the general clean-up of the plant and grounds, performing routine maintenance such as cleaning and lubrication, and assisting with minor repairs on machinery.
  • Safety & Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols, promoting a safe work environment, and ensuring the plant complies with company policies, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Record Keeping: Collecting data on plant health, equipment performance, and environmental controls, and maintaining accurate logs of operations and maintenance activities.
  • Equipment Operation: Operating machinery such as forklifts or specialized equipment under supervision.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform tasks requiring physical effort and work both indoors and outdoors in various conditions.
  • Teamwork: A motivated and team-oriented approach to help achieve management-set goals.
  • Following Instructions: Ability to follow instructions and directions accurately and efficiently.
  • Basic Knowledge: Depending on the plant, this may include basic construction knowledge, understanding of nursery SOPs, or familiarity with chemical feed systems.
  • Tool Proficiency: Safe use of power tools and standard office equipment.
  • Experience : Min 5 years
  • Working hours: 12 Hours
