We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Jewellery Sales Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing customer orders, providing expert advice, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and our production team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process customer orders efficiently
  • Create accurate and competitive quotations for clients
  • Confirm orders and coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain active communication with clients regarding order status and updates
  • Provide professional advice on jewellery designs, materials, and craftsmanship
  • Possess a good understanding of jewellery making processes and materials
  • Assist in inventory management and stock checks
  • Support marketing and promotional activities as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in jewellery sales or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of jewellery design, materials, and production processes
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to create detailed quotations and order confirmations
  • Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Team-player with a passion for jewellery and the jewelry industry

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with jewellery ERP software
  • Knowledge of gemstone qualities and setting techniques
  • Basic understanding of workshop or manufacturing workflows
  • They should have passion for jewellery and customer service, and possess the required knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹32,760.38 per month
