Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Smart, fluent in English, and highly knowledgeable about diamond jewellery quality.
  • Answering phone queries and providing excellent customer care service.
  • Taking orders and processing transactions accurately.
  • Building rapport with customers to understand their preferences and needs.
  • Assisting customers in selecting jewellery pieces that suit their style and budget.
  • Minimum 45 years of experience in the jewellery industry.
  • Exceptional patience and politeness when dealing with customers.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with basic computer skills.
  • A passion for jewellery and a willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends

Additional Requirements:

  • Actively involved in outdoor sales activities, including travel across various cities and states in India.
  • Generating new business opportunities through B2B channels, including retailers, wholesalers, and showroom chains.
  • Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with clients across different regions.
  • Understanding the unique preferences and demands of clients in various regional markets.
  • Organizing and attending jewellery exhibitions, trade shows, and sales meetings in different parts of India.
  • Presenting jewellery collections professionally to B2B clients and effectively closing high-value deals.
  • Following up with potential clients and ensuring timely order execution and after-sales support.
