We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at Law Point, a reputed legal firm in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Perform bank, vendor, and other reconciliations
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports

  • Ensure timely filing and compliance of:

  • GST returns

  • TDS
  • Income Tax

  • Service Tax / Sales Tax

  • Oversee payroll processing and vendor payments

  • Manage cash and banking transactions
  • Ensure proper record management and document control
  • Liaise with auditors, CA firms, and internal teams for financial audits

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / any accounting software
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Good understanding of Indian Taxation laws
  • Ability to handle tasks independently
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Candidates residing near BKC or Fort will be preferred.

Immediate joiners will have an added advantage.
