Hiring Planning Professional for Real Estate Developer @ BKC (HO)

Company On roll: Leading Real Estate Developer

Projects : High-end luxury residential and commercial projects.

Location: Head Office Base - BKC

IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED/Candidates who can join in days may preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee all aspects of interior turnkey projects, including design, budgeting, scheduling, and implementation.
  • Develop project timelines and ensure that they are adhered to.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure that they are on track and within budget.
  • Identify project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure that project is smoothly running.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and suppliers to ensure that project deliverables are met.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standard.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible.
