About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled
Accounts Executive
with strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in
NSE back-office operations
,
RMS
, and
KYC compliance
. The candidate will handle day-to-day accounting activities, banking operations, and statutory compliance while coordinating effectively with clients and exchanges.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Should have proven 2 years of work experience in day-to-day NSE back-office operations (including Accounting entries & reconciliation , NSE submissions, pay-in and pay-out of shares and funds & RMS)
  • Handle
    RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, and other banking transactions
    , ensuring smooth fund transfers.
  • Must have proven work experience in risk assessment and KYC, with that of latest KYC rules and regulations.
  • Must have thorough knowledge of RMS activity (client limit setting)
  • Coordinate with NSE, clients and depositories in a timely and professional manner.
  • Should have compliance knowledge and accounting knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in stock market regulations and company procedure.

Qualifications & Requirements
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • Hands on experience on
    Busy-win
    software.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills in English and local language is essential to have a clear and concise dealing with the clients.
  • Candidate with NISM Certificate will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Note: Interview location will be at BKC, Bandra (E), however work location will be Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
