Job Overview:

The Account Executive will manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow their career in accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and post
    journal entries
    for sales, purchases, and expenses, along with preparing appropriate vouchers.
  • Maintain and operate
    Tally Prime
    efficiently for day-to-day accounting activities.
  • Prepare
    Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
    and
    Cash Flow Statements
    accurately and on time.
  • Handle
    TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)
    and
    PT (Professional Tax)
    payments and return filings, ensuring proper journal entries are passed.
  • Prepare and file
    GST returns
    , maintaining a sound understanding of
    GST compliance and regulations
    .
  • Draft and manage
    professional business emails
    related to accounting operations and client communication.
  • Conduct
    regular follow-ups with debtors
    to ensure timely payments and maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Keep
    management informed
    with timely updates on accounting activities and financial matters.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance (required).
  • Candidates with 2–4 years of relevant experience are preferred,
    though
    recent graduates with strong skills in Tally Prime and MS Office are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time, on-site position.
  • Office Timings – 10 AM to 6.30 PM.
