Role Overview: Lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for AI-powered healthcare solutions. Drive innovation by translating complex clinical needs into impactful product features, while fostering cross-functional collaboration and team growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with market opportunities.
  • Lead strategic roadmap planning and feature prioritization.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing product team.
  • Translate clinical and market insights into actionable product requirements.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify innovation opportunities.
  • Oversee product launches and iterate based on feedback and metrics.
  • Represent the product portfolio to internal and external stakeholders.

First 90 Days:

  • Deep dive into AI technology, workflows, and customer needs.
  • Assess current offerings and team capabilities.
  • Build relationships across engineering, clinical, and commercial teams.
  • Refine strategic roadmap and improve development cycles.
  • Initiate customer research and lead key product launches.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in product management, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Experience in healthcare AI or SaaS preferred.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and regulatory landscapes.
  • Proven strategic and executional leadership.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or healthcare-related advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience leading remote or hybrid product teams

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100, ₹200,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
