About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager / Service Delivery Manager to oversee IT projects, from initiation to closure, while ensuring smooth delivery and L1/L2 support operations. The role requires strong planning, execution, stakeholder management, and compliance expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply IT project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Develop RFPs for third-party vendors/installers.
  • Manage scope, roles, milestones, budgets, and success measures.
  • Capture and validate business requirements accurately.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Facilitate day-to-day coordination between teams and stakeholders.
  • Track project status, risks, and ensure issue resolution.
  • Develop robust project risk management plans.
  • Monitor financial delivery, compliance, and audits.
  • Review and follow up on action items from design/construction meetings.
  • Report progress to leadership and ensure smooth project closure with lessons learned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management/service delivery experience.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end IT project lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience in L1/L2 IT support operations.
  • Proficiency in documentation, issue tracking, and compliance reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000, ₹2,500,000.00 per year
