The Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Project Manager with 2-3 years of professional experience to join our team. This role is crucial for executing our strategic initiatives, primarily focusing on new product launches, process optimization, and cross-functional campaign execution. Key Responsibilities

  • Project Execution: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of small to medium-sized projects, including new product development (NPD), marketing campaigns, and technology integrations.
  • Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as the central point of contact, coordinating effectively with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations, Sales) and external vendors to maintain alignment and momentum.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and roadblocks, developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), track project progress, and provide clear, regular status updates to stakeholders using specific tools like Odoo, SharePoint, etc.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the refinement and implementation of standardized project management methodologies

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in project coordination or project management, ideally within the Food & Beverage, FMCG, or e-commerce industries.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management software.
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage expectations across various departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
