Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students and working professionals on IT training programs based on their career goals and interests.
  • Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries effectively to achieve monthly admission targets.
  • Provide detailed information about courses, curriculum, career outcomes, and fee structures.
  • Guide students through the entire admission process, including enrollment and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM or Excel sheets.
  • Participate in promotional activities such as seminars, webinars, career fairs, and workshops.
  • Coordinate with trainers and the academic team to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective students and ensure a positive admission experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred background in Education, IT, or Business).
  • 1–3 years of experience as an Academic Counsellor, Education Counsellor, or Inside Sales Executive.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of IT and software training programs.
  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
