Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counsellor based in New Delhi. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students in selecting suitable courses that align with their career goals, providing information about the institute's programs, and assisting with academic planning. Responsibilities include counseling students, addressing their queries, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records of engagements. Additionally, the Academic Counsellor will contribute to marketing efforts by promoting training programs to prospective students and addressing any concerns they may have about course offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling, advising, empathetic communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in student recruitment, academic planning, and addressing queries effectively.
• Ability to multitask, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in marketing or promotional activities related to training and education programs.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and data management systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience as an academic counselor or in a related role is a plus.
