About the Role

Biogene India is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Application Specialist with expertise in Immunology and Flow Cytometry. The candidate will provide advanced technical support, training, and application knowledge to customers across South India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide scientific and technical support on flow cytometry applications to customers, including demonstrations, troubleshooting, and training.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and adoption of flow cytometry solutions.
  • Deliver presentations, seminars, and workshops to key academic, clinical, and research institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and KOLs across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai.
  • Support pre- and post-sales activities, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with the latest research trends, technologies, and advancements in immunology and flow cytometry.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • PhD in Immunology (mandatory).
  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience with flow cytometry.
  • Strong technical expertise in immunology assays and cytometry applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across South India.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
