Key Responsibilities:• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing guidance, performance management, and ensuring the team meets hiring targets and KPIs.• Strategy Development: Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the semiconductor industry, focusing on attracting top talent for niche roles such as DFT engineers, chip designers, and process engineers.• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal departments and external clients to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and project timelines, ensuring alignment with business goals.• Pipeline Management: Oversee the development of talent pipelines, building a strong network of potential candidates to meet future staffing needs.• Performance Monitoring: Set, track, and report on team performance metrics, including time -to -hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.• Candidate Experience: Ensure a high -quality candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding, maintaining strong relationships with top -tier talent in the semiconductor sector.• Market Insights: Stay current with semiconductor industry trends, talent availability, and competitive market conditions to advise clients and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.• Operational Efficiency: Oversee the use of recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other technologies to streamline and optimize the recruitment process.• Budget Management: Manage recruitment budgets, ensuring cost -effective hiring without compromising on quality. RequirementsRequirements• Experience: Minimum of 8 -10 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on VLSI, semiconductor, or related industries. Must be able to handle a team of 5 -10 people and get the desired output • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within the semiconductor industry.• Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies, roles, and industry trends.• Proven experience in managing and leading a high -performing recruitment team.• Ability to build strong client relationships and influence decision -making.• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.• Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools.• Results -driven, with a focus on delivering high -quality talent in a timely manner.
