Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Director of Talent Acquisition. The Director will oversee full-lifecycle recruiting efforts, manage the development and execution of innovative employer branding strategies, and enhance the organization's global talent acquisition processes. Developing workforce planning strategies, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and providing leadership for the recruitment team will be key responsibilities. The role calls for strategic thinking, operational efficiency, and a commitment to sourcing and retaining top talent. Qualifications - Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring practices - Experience in Employer Branding and Workforce Planning strategies - Expertise in Global Talent Acquisition processes - Strong leadership and collaboration skills - Exceptional communication and strategic planning abilities - Experience in building and managing high-performance recruitment teams - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred) - Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
