About Position:

We are hiring for 5 to 9 years in L2 Application Support. Japan shift (5:30am to 2:30pm IST)

  • Role: L2 Application Support
  • Location: Pune/Hyderabad/Bangalore
  • Experience: 5 to 9 Years
  • Job Type: Full Time Employment

What You'll Do:

  • 5-9 years of experience in global systems support, with emphasis on the Market Risk domain.
  • Experience with key financial industry data domains (e.g. reference data, market data etc.)
  • Understanding of financial products (Rates, FX, Equities, Credit, Commodities, etc) and familiarity with risk metrics (VaR, FRTB, sensitivities, stress tests)
  • Proficiency in Japanese language

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • Experience of working in agile teams
  • Configuration & release management.
  • ITIL certification
  • Strong communication, coordination and incident management capabilities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple work streams and assignments simultaneously.
