Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sourcing Manager with strong experience in real estate sales and lead generation. The role involves driving channel partner relationships, sourcing clients, and ensuring a steady pipeline of leads for sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and agents.
  • Identify new sourcing opportunities and generate qualified leads.
  • Build and maintain a strong client database for continuous business growth.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth closure of deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sourcing targets.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in real estate sourcing / channel partner management / sales.
  • Strong network in the Navi Mumbai market (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
