Job Description: Sales & Marketing Executive (Dairy Products – Door-to-Door Sales)

Location: Patna, Bihar

Industry: Dairy Products (Paneer, Dahi, Curd, Khoya, Ghee & Other Fresh Dairy Items)

Type: Full-time / Field-based

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell high-quality, preservative-free dairy products directly to households. The candidate will be responsible for increasing product awareness, generating leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through door-to-door interactions.

Our dairy products are 100% pure, fresh, and free from any adulteration, making them a trusted choice for families—your job is to carry that trust to every doorstep.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Acquisition

  • Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned residential areas.
  • Introduce and explain the features, benefits, and pricing of dairy products.
  • Generate new leads and convert them into regular customers.
  • Demonstrate sampling (where applicable) to build product confidence.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Promote brand awareness and communicate our value: pure, fresh, preservative-free dairy.
  • Distribute brochures, pamphlets, and product information.
  • Gather and convey customer feedback to the management team.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with households.
  • Provide excellent post-sale service and handle customer queries.
  • Collect and record customer orders for daily delivery schedules.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain daily sales reports and customer data.
  • Coordinate with the production and delivery team for smooth order fulfillment.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

RequirementsEducational Qualification

  • Minimum 10th/12th pass; graduates preferred.

Experience

  • 0–3 years of sales experience (FMCG/dairy/field sales preferred).
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales and customer service.
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle field work.
  • Hardworking, disciplined, and self-driven.

Other Requirements

  • Must be comfortable with door-to-door interaction.
  • Should know local areas of Patna.
  • Two-wheeler is an advantage (not mandatory).
