**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Proactively generate leads through various channels such as online platforms, networking, and referrals to identify potential clients.
- **Client Meetings**: Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand their requirements and present tailored IT solutions, including website design, software development, and digital marketing services.
- **Presentation & Proposal**: Create and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the company’s services and expertise.
- **Deal Closing**: Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring successful onboarding of clients.
- **Target-Based**: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, working under performance-based KPIs.
- **Documentation**: Maintain and update accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
- **Travel & Mobility**: Must possess a valid driving license, as travel within Patna for client meetings is a key requirement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in website development, software solutions, or digital marketing.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
