We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Sales Coordinator** to support our sales and demo teams. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a smooth sales process by managing the CRM, coordinating meetings and demos, and following up with warm leads. Your coordination skills and communication abilities will contribute to increased sales efficiency and enhanced customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **CRM Management**: Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer and lead information. Track all sales activities, interactions, and progress through the sales pipeline.
- **Schedule Coordination**: Arrange and confirm meetings, product demos, and follow-ups between clients and the sales/demo teams.
- **Communication Support**: Act as a bridge between sales executives and potential customers to ensure timely responses and smooth communication.
- **Reporting**: Generate and maintain regular reports on lead status, sales pipeline progress, and demo outcomes.
- **Sales Materials**: Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials when required.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, marketing, and demo teams to ensure alignment and seamless handovers.
- **Customer Interaction**: Provide a high level of customer service by addressing client queries, sending reminders, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed promptly.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0 -2 years of experience in a sales coordination or support role (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Compensation Package:
- Yearly bonus
