Responsibilities

  • Plant Operations:
    Ensure smooth running of the Plant to its full operational capacity. Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams for uninterrupted supply and dispatch.
  • Sales & Market Development:
    Conduct effective market mapping across industries and regions to identify new business opportunities. Achieve 100% of collection targets as per SAP guidelines. Drive TALC sales achievement in terms of value for both Chennai and Mumbai branches. Ensure overall sales target achievement in assigned territories.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Establish and maintain cordial relationships at all levels with major customers and other key clients. Strengthen customer engagement to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10
    –15 years
    of experience in
    industrial sales, operations, or plant management
    .
  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Exposure to
    mineral or chemical industry (TALC preferred)
    will be an added advantage.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of industrial sales and customer relationship management.
  • Experience in plant operations and coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
