Role Overview

We are looking for a
high-performing and analytical leader
to join us as an
Associate General Manager (AGM)
. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, process excellence, and team performance. You will be responsible for
end-to-end business ownership
— from strategy design and team leadership to execution and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a large cross-functional team to drive revenue and business performance.
  • Own P&L responsibility for your business vertical or geography.
  • Identify growth opportunities, streamline processes, and drive execution excellence.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth alignment and delivery.
  • Design and implement scalable business strategies with clear performance metrics.
  • Regularly monitor KPIs and take corrective actions to meet business goals.
  • Lead hiring, training, and development of high-performing teams.
  • Develop actionable insights from data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
  • Represent the business in leadership discussions and strategic planning forums.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 7–12 years of experience in
    business operations, growth, or strategy
    , preferably in high-growth startups or consumer-tech environments.
  • Proven track record of managing large teams and owning business outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and results.
  • Prior experience in
    real estate, e-commerce, or B2C platforms
    will be an advantage.
  • MBA or equivalent from a reputed institute preferred.
