About the Role

Creators Cube is looking for dynamic and digitally savvy 
Talent/Artist Managers
 to join our growing team. If you're passionate about the influencer ecosystem, love building relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced digital environment, this role is for you. As a Talent Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of digital creators, developing their personal brand, overseeing collaborations, and ensuring long-term growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of influencer partnerships, including strategy, PR, collaborations, and creator value position and enhancement.
  • Identify, pitch, and close brand deals across available digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, key stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Represent the talent and the agency at key industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams to develop impactful campaigns and content strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends, platform innovations, and emerging influencer opportunities.
  • Scout and onboard new talent aligned with the agency's growth objectives.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in executing successful outreach and campaign strategies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication.
