We've built a culture of story-first creation. Now we need someone to make sure our social media reflects the power of our work.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

A) Creative Direction (Without Being a Dictator)

  • Lead 3–4 designers + editors
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, writers, and chaos agents
  • Brief, review, edit, approve – and always push quality

B) The Narrative Engine

  • Craft content calendars for 
    Framed Memoirs
    , 
    Framed Productions
    , 
    Framed Studio
    , and two personal brands
  • Translate raw visuals, BTS chaos, and polished films into stories that connect
  • Plan campaigns that go beyond "Happy X Day" – content that makes people talk

C) Strategy Meets Spontaneity

  • Use insights + instinct to decide what goes live, and when
  • Marry long-term brand vision with fast-moving trends
  • Build momentum across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and beyond

D) Execution Excellence

  • Post regularly. Show up on stories. Track performance. Try new stuff.
  • Use AI when it helps. Use your gut when it's better.
  • Keep content fresh, aligned, and 
    very
     Framed.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 3+ years of solid social media experience (agency, brand, or creator-led)
  • You 
    write well
    . Like, really well. Captions, hooks, scripts, tones.
  • You've led a team (or been a one-person army). Either way, you 
    own stuff
    .
  • You have a exceptional eye for visuals, pacing, and aesthetics
  • You're obsessed with trends — but not a slave to them
  • You're organized, proactive, and don't ghost responsibilities
