Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Social Media Marketing Manager. The role involves planning and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and managing JIS Group's presence across various social media platforms. Additional responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, engaging with the audience, and coordinating with other teams to promote upcoming events and initiatives. The Social Media Marketing Manager is expected to stay updated on digital trends to ensure cutting-edge strategies are implemented.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Campaign Strategy.
  • Familiarity with Analytics Tools, Social Media Platforms, and Scheduling Tools.
  • Excellent Copywriting, Storytelling, and Editing Skills for crafting compelling content.
  • Strong Research Skills along with a creative and strategic mindset to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing, Branding, and Engagement Tactics to maximize reach and impact.
  • Good communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing; a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
