Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced B2B Business Development Officer with 5–6 years of proven experience in acquiring, managing, and growing business-to-business relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and lead generation
  • Drive growth and sales of education franchises, including identifying potential franchise partners and converting them into long-term associates
  • Promote and sell the organization's education/training franchise model, value proposition, and offerings to prospective partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners, institutional partners, and corporate clients
  • Conduct franchise sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospects
  • Travel extensively to different locations to explore new markets, meet potential partners, and generate business for the organization
  • Understand partner requirements and align them with suitable franchise or training solutions
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements for franchise and B2B clients
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of franchise partners
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual business and franchise sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution and ongoing support to franchise partners
  • Track leads, franchise pipeline, and sales performance using CRM tools
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and expansion opportunities in the education and training sector

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong B2B sales and business development expertise
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to close high-value B2B deals
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder handling skills
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Strategic thinking and result-oriented approach

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • MBA or relevant professional certification is an added advantage

Experience Requirements

  • 5–6 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Prior experience handling corporate clients and enterprise accounts
  • Experience in sectors such as IT, Software, Services, Manufacturing, Education, or Consulting preferred
