Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Mumbai Area for a Head of Analytics at Kotak 811 Digital platform. The Head of Analytics will be responsible for managing and guiding the analytics team, developing data-driven strategies, performing in-depth data analysis, and presenting insights to support business decisions. The role includes overseeing data collection processes, ensuring data quality, and creating data visualizations to communicate findings. The incumbent will lead a team of analytics and data managers. The candidate will also work closely with other departments to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.

Qualifications

  • Channel and branch exposure. Liability and asset product understanding.
  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Statistics
  • Expertise in Data Science and Data Analytics
  • Proficiency in Data Visualization tools and techniques
  • Experience in managing and leading an analytics team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
