We are looking for a detail-oriented
Operations Intern
to support our HR operations team in managing
employee insurance, ESI compliance, and staffing operations
. The role requires strong Excel skills and Hindi fluency for day-to-day coordination with vendors and field staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update employee insurance data (additions, deletions, and claims).
  • Assist in
    ESI & PF compliance
    – employee registration, data validation, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with
    staffing partners
    for attendance, documentation, and invoicing.
  • Maintain compliance records, trackers, and reports using
    Excel
    .
  • Support HR operations in periodic audits and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Commerce, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
    (formulas, data cleaning, reporting).
  • Fluent in English & Hindi
    – verbal and written.
  • Basic understanding of HR compliance, payroll, or vendor management preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
