We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our HR operations team in managing employee insurance, ESI compliance, and staffing operations. The role requires strong Excel skills and Hindi fluency for day-to-day coordination with vendors and field staff.Key Responsibilities:Manage and update employee insurance data (additions, deletions, and claims).Assist in ESI & PF compliance – employee registration, data validation, and documentation.Coordinate with staffing partners for attendance, documentation, and invoicing.Maintain compliance records, trackers, and reports using Excel.Support HR operations in periodic audits and reporting.Requirements:Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Commerce, or related field.Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, data cleaning, reporting).Fluent in English & Hindi – verbal and written.Basic understanding of HR compliance, payroll, or vendor management preferred.Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.What You’ll Gain:Hands-on exposure to HR compliance, insurance, and staffing operations.Experience working in a dynamic HR setup with real-world data and processes.
