Role & Responsibilities Accounts Manager

  1. Financial Management:

  2. Maintain and monitor company accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.

  3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  4. Ensure timely closure of books of accounts.

  5. Taxation & Compliance:

  6. Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax filings and related documentation.

  7. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

  8. Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.

  9. Payroll & MIS Reporting:

  10. Supervise payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee payments.

  11. Prepare and submit MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial analysis for management review.

  12. Banking & Finance Activities:

  13. Manage daily bank transactions, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations.

  14. Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions for loan or credit facilities.

  15. Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collections and payments.

  16. Budgeting & Cost Control:

  17. Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenditure against approved budgets.

  18. Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.

  19. Coordination & Leadership:

  20. Coordinate with other departments to streamline financial processes.

  21. Lead and guide junior accountants and finance staff.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Payroll, MIS, and Banking activities.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting software.
