Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior management. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective management of executive schedules, meetings, and confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of management.
- Support management with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and other financial documentation.
- Ensure smooth office coordination and workflow for the executive team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14, ₹18,000.00 per month
