Management Trainee – Sales & Marketing

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Ahmedabad Gujarat

Report To: Sales/Marketing Manager or Head of Department

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective customers and business clients.
  • Support the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, client meetings, and networking.
  • Convert leads into confirmed orders, follow up on quotations and negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and performance data to management.

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Support digital marketing efforts, including social media and content initiatives.
  • Help prepare marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.

Learning & Development

  • Participate in training programs, workshops, and mentorship sessions.
  • Rotate across functions as part of a structured learning plan (sales, marketing, customer service).
  • Understand the company's products, pricing, market positioning, and customer needs.

Customer Engagement

  • Interact with customers professionally across channels (phone, email, face-to-face).
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and resolve basic service issues.

Qualifications & RequirementsEducation

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Commerce or related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.
